Duplication Is Secet Sauce

The only way to reach succes in your network marketing business is to have duplication.

The first step is to get a graps on how this magical word works. For most of us not only do we not know wht it means we have no idea how to achieve it.

In the end it is all about having your business follow simple activites, resulting in your organization exploding with minimal effort from you... with the end result that your pay gets bigger and bigger and bigger!

In the MLM world success is not all up to you, it is a team effort.

It is simply impossible to get to the top of this industry with out serious growth in yoru organization.

The dream of the mlm industry is to be able to create a business that expands and expands with minimal work required by you. That is how true residual income is created in our business.

And... Duplication is paramount in this type of growth taking place.

The whole thought process behind duplication is keeping your activities as easy and effective as possible so that anyone with determination can do the activities and hence grow their own downline and in the process your downline!

An old mentor of mine pounded this into my head... he says it does not matter if it works... it matters if it duplicates! (So True)

He stressed regardless if you sponsor 100 prospects... if the method you brought them in to the business with was not easy enough to be duplicated by those people it was a complete waste of time. Since your business will never expand past those distributors.

Now myself, I am very open to having numerous different sponsoring options available for team members to use.

This is the reason I stress how crucial it is to continously stay on top of new sponsoring methods that work... gain a general understanding of each of the sponsoring means possible....

Focus on the one that works best for you, however learn where to send your people to learn the strategies that are better suited for them. Just because you do not use a certain type of recruiting method does not mean it does not work and is not duplcateable.

Some distributors may want to get out in the public and network in order to meet people...

Others may want to call purchased lists...

Some may want to generate their own on the Internet.

While some of your team may discover the magic of using facebook to recruit new distributors into the business...

The secret of success is encourage your team to do what works for them, but ONLY if the recruiting methods they are using work and are duplicateable. Follow this philosophy and your downline will explode!
